Privacy Policy

Only the bits we genuinely need to serve you:

• Your Discord username and ID, so we can deliver your order and provide support.
• Order details such as the products bought, quantity, and amount.
• Anything you choose to share with us in a ticket or message.
• Basic technical info (like a redeem code) needed to complete and verify a purchase.

We do not store your full payment details. Card, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, and crypto payments are handled by the payment providers themselves.

• To fulfil, deliver, and verify your orders.
• To provide support and answer your questions.
• To prevent fraud and abuse, and to keep the service running smoothly.

• We never sell or rent your information to anyone.
• We never share more than what is needed to complete your order.
• We do not send spam or marketing you did not ask for.

To run the shop we use a few trusted services, and only the minimum info they need is shared with them:

• Payment providers (crypto processors, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle) to take payment securely.
• Our hosting and database provider to store order records.
• Licensing services (such as SellAuth and KeyAuth) for products that require a key.
• Discord, where delivery and support take place.

We use minimal, privacy-friendly analytics to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. This is aggregated and is not used to personally identify you.

We only keep your information for as long as needed to complete your order, provide support, and meet any legal obligations. After that it is removed.

You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Just open a ticket in our Discord and we will sort it out for you.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will always keep the latest version here.
