Terms of Service

A quick read before you order. If anything here is unclear, please just ask, we are always happy to explain. 💜

Agreement to terms

By using our services or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service. We really do recommend giving them a read so you know exactly what to expect.

Payments & transactions

When paying, you cover any applicable transaction or network fees. Please follow any special payment instructions we give you, as not doing so can cause delays.

Refunds are provided when there is an issue on our end or a genuine valid reason, at our discretion. Reading the terms is important, saying you did not see them does not exempt you from them.

Products & services warranty

If a product does not list a warranty, it does not have one. For issues on our side we may offer a refund or replacement at our discretion. “Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the service, which we may discontinue at any time.

Products & services

Tokens

  • Please use a private tool and good proxies. We are not responsible if you use flagged or public tools.
  • Verify tokens with a Nitro token checker straight away. If they are invalid or locked, we need proof (screenshot or video from a checker) within 5 minutes of delivery.
  • If tokens are invalid and passwords have been changed, no refunds or replacements are possible.
  • Warranty does not cover revokes, terminations, flags, or anything outside our control. A 30 minute limited warranty applies from delivery.

Server boosts

  • Once boosts are applied they cannot be transferred.
  • We are not liable for Nitro IDs or tokens being termed, revoked, or kicked. No refunds or replacements for this.
  • Please disable anti-raid bots before purchase.
  • No proof is provided if the ID is not in the server or was revoked.

Nitro

  • Replacements need a full screen recording from the start of the claim. There is no autoclaim warranty.
  • Only Lyf gift links may be replaced if revoked, based on usage. Regular Nitro links have no warranty.
  • We are not liable for Nitro tokens or IDs being revoked or termed.

Tools & development

  • If a tool stops working, gets patched, or leaked, we will try to fix it. If we cannot, no refunds or replacements.
  • Prices may change. Lifetime access is valid only while the service is active.
  • Please inspect tools at time of purchase. We are not liable for losses from tool malfunctions.
  • Do not use leaked tools or manually login, and do not use them on main accounts.
  • If Discord terminates accounts, no replacements or refunds. Contact us and if we are at fault we may help.

Refunds & replacements

Refunds are given if there is an error on our part or delivery is unsuccessful. If an order is not fulfilled within the expected time, we will issue a refund.

Please note: reversing a payment without contacting us first will result in a permanent blacklist and your product being invalidated. If something is wrong, just talk to us, we will sort it out.
